30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

👍 We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee for products purchased directly from our website. If you are not 100% happy with your WaveWall within 30 days of placing your order, we’ll give you a free return shipping label and give you a refund or replacement for your WaveWall.

Example of what this guarantee covers:

✅ Changing your mind.
✅ Ordering the wrong size.
✅ Ordering the wrong colour.

Examples of what is not covered by this guarantee:

❌ Products purchased from 3rd parties (eg Amazon or another retailer).
❌ Your order arriving late.
❌ Any shipping charges you paid on your original order are not eligible for refund, these are final and cannot be refunded.
❌ WaveWall accepts no responsibility nor liability for any damage to any third party items (for example, your phone).

24 Month Durability Guarantee

🛠️ In addition, we offer a 24 month durability guarantee which you must register for within 30 days of your purchase. If your WaveWall product breaks within 24 months of initial purchase due to a manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the faulty product via email plus your order details and we’ll replace your damaged WaveWall product free of charge.

Example of what this guarantee covers:

✅ Manufacturing faults. For example, your WaveWall Universal has a faulty slider.
✅ Manufacturing defects. For example, your case has an upside down logo.

Examples of what is not covered by this guarantee:

❌ Products purchased from 3rd parties (eg Amazon or another retailer).
❌ Repeated claims. Our durability guarantee covers up to one replacement per product ordered.
❌ Wear and tear. For example, stitching or edging wearing over time.
❌ Incorrect use of adhesive pads for the Universal. For example, not correctly applying the adhesive pads and allowing time for the adhesive to bond (24h).
❌ Changing your mind. For example, you decide to get a new phone or you decide you no longer want your WaveWall.
❌ Any shipping charges you paid on your original order are not eligible for refund, these are final and cannot be refunded.
❌ WaveWall accepts no responsibility nor liability for any damage to any third party items (for example, your phone).
